In 2021, we partnered with Maciek Kobielski of Magic Farms to cultivate select fruits and vegetables exclusively for Eleven Madison Park, ensuring exceptional quality and flavor. Among these, the strawberries stand out—harvested at the height of their season, they are carefully simmered whole to intensify their vibrant sweetness and balanced acidity, creating a jam that captures the essence of fresh fruit in every bite.

Complementing this is our celebrated peanut butter, crafted from slow-roasted organic peanuts and subtly seasoned with Amagansett Sea Salt and blue agave for a refined taste. Enriched with maca root powder, known for its abundance of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, this spread offers both nourishment and indulgence.
